This type of massage will leave you feeling calm and relaxed. It can temporarily reduce your blood pressure and improve your blood circulation. It can help relieve tension and stress that can build up in the body. Regular massages will help relieve tension headaches and reduce pressure in the neck and other parts of the body that come from stress. You might also notice an improvement in the look and feel of your skin.

Relaxation Massage

Deep tissue massage is a technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue.

Therapeutic/Deep Tissue

The therapist uses cups to create a suction on the skin, then allows the cups to either sit or moves them actively to treat the body. The silicone cups can help improve circulation, release fascia and relax muscles.

Cupping Therapy

RAPID NeuroFascial Reset, is a neurologically based, active, therapeutic technique that addresses the central nervous systems role in alleviating tension/restrictions within the body.

Hot stone eases muscle tension, increases circulation and relaxes the bodies nervous system. The direct heat of the stones relaxes the tissue, allowing the RMT to access deeper muscle layers. Booking 90 minute treatment will allow the therapist to provide a full body treatment, with adequate time to also focus on any problems areas. If you are looking to relax, relieve stress or decrease chronic pain, this is the massage for you.

Hot stone therapy

At this time I only offer 30 or 45 minute treatments (besides RAPID NFR) to youth or those who have specific conditions that only allow for massages in shorter durations.
